Fun in the Sun 2008

The Pool Grand Opening will be Saturday, May 24, 2008. We will have several activities planned for Memorial Day Weekend. Sunday, May 25 we will have our Memorial Day Celebration offering a picnic buffet from 12:30pm-3:00pm. Cost is $15.95++ for Adults and $8.95++ for children.
Reservation policy is in effect. 736-5233.

Monday, May 26 we will have an afternoon filled with games and prizes starting at 1:00. Reservations are not necessary but make sure you plan to attend.

SWIMMING POOL RULES

The pool is officially open weekends starting the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, and opens full-time after the first weekend in June through Labor Day.

POOL HOURS

Monday thru Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday thru Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Holidays, 11 :00 a.m. to 8:OO p.m.

The swimming pool may be closed at the discretion of the Pool Manager and/or Club Manager. In case of inclement weather, please call the Clubhouse at 736-5233 for unexpected closure.

The club cannot assume responsibility for theft or damage to personal property.

POOL PRIVILEGES

Members MUST register themselves, children and guests at the pool entrance each day that they are in attendance.

Guests:

• ANY AND ALL GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A MEMBER who is responsible for the registering, charges and conduct of his guest.
• In-town guests are welcomed daily with the exception of holidays. Guests are limited to either three in-town guests or five out-of-town guests per membership.
• Guest charge is: $5.00 per weekday, $10.00 per weekend and holiday, per guest.
• Babysitters are charged a $50.00 one time fee per season or may pay regular guest fees. The member must register their babysitter with Bob Lambert, Pool Manager.

Towels are available from the desk. They are not to leave the pool area.

POOL SAFETY RULES

No running allowed in pool area.

Children:

• All children under the age of eight must be accompanied by an adult. The wading pool is provided for their use.
• Non-swimmers under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by an adult.

Diving:

• One person on the diving board at a time.
• No double bouncing.
• No horseplay.
• No deck diving or swimming in diving area except at supervised intervals.

Unruly conduct and foul language will not be tolerated by members, their guests or children.

Food and Beverage:

• All food and beverages must be purchased from the Pool Grill.
• No glass or breakable containers are permitted in the pool area.

All accidents must be reported to the Pool Manager or lifeguard.

Use of scuba equipment is prohibited during normal hours.

Articles such as rafts, balls, life jackets, etc. are permitted in the pool at designated times only. This may be restricted on crowded days.

**SUSPENSION MAY BE WARRANTED FOR CONTINUED ABUSE OF THE RULES**

HANDICAP PARKING:

The club has a limited number of handicap parking spaces available for the convenience of our members and guests. You must display a current handicap sticker with the proper State Department of Motor Vehicles identification number when parking in these areas. Failure to do so may cause your vehicle to be towed at the owner's expense.
